Refund Process
To initiate the process of refund, a detailed, comprehensive, and legitimate feedback report must be submitted via email. Our team of auditors will go through your feedback to confirm your eligibility for a partial or full refund.
Eligibility Criteria for Claiming Refund
The following criteria should be met for a student to be eligible to claim a full or partial refund:
- Although, we offer unlimited revisions. Still, if you are not satisfied with the work and our experts fail to meet your initial requirements after multiple revisions then you can claim a refund.
- If the expert fails to submit your work within the agreed-upon timeframe resulting in a deviation in the commitment and a failed grade then a refund can be considered.
- In case a mutually agreed grade was guaranteed to you and the work provided failed to achieve that, then you will be eligible for a partial refund.
Circumstances That Are Not Eligible For A Refund:
The following circumstances do not qualify for any partial or full refund:
- If the initial information provided by the student is incomplete or incorrect leading to unsatisfactory results.
- If the student did not use the work provided by our experts for any reason.
- If the students made changes in the work by themselves resulting in a bad or unsatisfactory result.
- In case our expert has any queries or concerns about the work and the student is not responsive resulting in a missed or delayed deadline.
- If the order has been placed and the student changes their mind shortly after order completion.
- In case the student needs additional changes that were not mentioned in the initial requirements leading to unsatisfactory results.
Note: In case, additional adjustments are required the student must pay additional charges for any significant changes or additions. We will not be responsible for unsatisfactory grades if the additional payments are not made.
20% transaction charges will be charged from the amount in case of a refund.
